Mobile Terms of Service

Peake Design and Build Exteriors offers complimentary SMS text messaging services to communicate with you regarding our services and offers. This includes, but is not limited to: appointment scheduling and confirmation; response to a quote, estimate, or service inquiry; project scheduling and updates; feedback requests; and general follow up.

By consenting to Peake Design and Builds’ SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Home Genius Exteriors through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers.

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Peake Design and Build. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text “END” or “STOP” to the number in which you are receiving our messages or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You’ll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you.

Promotions

All manufacturer suggested retail purchase prices are calculated prior to the application of any discounts. Discounts and promotions are always applied at time of contract execution. Discounts cannot be combined or used in conjunction with other offers. Offers are not valid with any other advertised or unadvertised discounts or promotions.

 

Offers are not valid for insurance claims, only retail projects. Limit of one discount per purchase contract. Excludes previous orders and installations. Void where prohibited by law or regulation. Offer may be canceled without prior notice. Offer has no cash value and is open to new customers only. All products include professional installation.

30% - 50% off Roofing material (Valid through 07/30/2025)

This limited-time promotion offers 30% to 50% off roofing materials for qualifying projects using GAF or CertainTeed shingles. The discount applies exclusively to the roofing material portion of a full roof replacement and does not include labor, tear-off, decking, underlayment, flashing, ventilation, or any other non-shingle components. Eligible products include the GAF Timberline series and the CertainTeed Landmark series (including Landmark Pro and Premium tiers). Specialty colors and impact-resistant shingles may qualify for lower discount tiers within the range. To be eligible, projects must include a minimum of 15 roofing squares and be installed by Peake Design and Build as a complete system.

This promotion cannot be applied to partial roof repairs, past estimates, or combined with other offers or referral programs unless explicitly stated in writing. All discounts are calculated based on standard retail pricing and finalized after an on-site inspection and material selection. Financing is available; however, the promotional discount is applied before financing terms are calculated. Product availability may vary, and Peake Design and Build reserves the right to modify or discontinue this offer at any time without notice.

All materials installed under this promotion are eligible for manufacturer warranties, provided they are installed according to GAF or CertainTeed specifications. Enhanced system warranties may also be available depending on the final product and installation package selected. By proceeding with this promotion, the homeowner agrees to the terms outlined above.

Financing

Peake Design and Build is neither a broker nor a lender. All financing opportunities are subject to credit approval. Minimum monthly payments may be required depending on financing offer and payment amounts may change depending on the size of the project. Monthly payments, if required, will vary with loan amount and terms. Making minimum monthly payments during the promotional period will not pay off the entire principal balance. Interest is billed during the promotional period, but all interest is waived if the purchase amount is paid in full before the expiration of the promotional period.
